By handing over the manual, high-burnout tasks to digital workers, the human team was freed to focus on high-level strategy and relationship building. The sales cycle accelerated, response times dropped from hours to minutes, and lead-to-meeting conversion increased by 35% within 60 days.

Approach

A well-established D2C brand has moved past the early days of mass advertising and has built a direct connection with its audience. At this stage, the brand is a living entity that knows its market. However, the challenge lies in keeping the business profitable while the world around it gets louder and more expensive to navigate.

The two biggest threats are invisible profit leaks and creative exhaustion. Rising customer acquisition costs are eating into margins, often turning a sale into a loss-making event. At the same time, the constant demand for new photos and videos to feed social media and ad platforms has pushed teams to their limit. The brand is forced into expensive, slow production cycles just to keep its ads from becoming stale.

We addressed these issues by introducing MIDAS and PICASSO to the team. MIDAS acts as the Profit Watchdog, calculating true profit per order and flagging hidden costs like incorrect shipping charges or unclaimed refunds. PICASSO became the on-demand creative studio, producing dozens of high-quality ad variants from existing assets—eliminating the need for repeated photoshoots and reducing creative turnaround time from weeks to hours.

The brand moved from survival mode to confident growth. With profit protected and creative production handled by digital staff, the founders could finally step away from daily fires. The result was a business that scaled with clarity—where the money was tracked, the brand stayed fresh, and growth happened without the chaos.

E-commerce

MONICA becomes the Inventory Controller, continuously monitoring stock levels across every platform and notifying the team the moment a sync issue appears—so it can be resolved before a customer is affected.
